CCOLEGG’s training (for Thai/Japanese) is not a “One Shot” type, where the training finishes with trainees just attending. COLEGG will provide its unique programs through open or customized courses which are designed based on its policy as described below:

Clarify the training target that each trainee’s knowledge and skill should be improved to which extent,

make it “visible” by data for each of trainees, and

clearly show the follow-up direction after the training, so that the trainee and his/her employer can surely turn PDCA cycle of development.

Prepare a wide variety of quality training programs for Thai and Japanese.

The training will be conducted by Thai and Japanese instructors. In all courses, “Training Report (both in the Thai and Japanese languages)” will be submitted to the responsible person of each trainee’s company after the training.
